Go Store It seeks an Area Manager for the Ohio/Indiana region to lead across multiple locations, drive customer experience, and elevate performance. This role requires a people-first leader who can own operations, guide teams, and shape the region's culture.

You will recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams, motivate them to exceed goals, and manage budgets and compliance across the district. This is a travel-intensive, leadership-focused opportunity.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire cross-location teams to achieve sales and service goals.
Analyze financial and operational reports to identify trends and opportunities; manage budgets and costs.
Oversee operational standards, maintenance, and regulatory compliance across the district.
Conduct site visits and audits; deliver actionable insights and drive improvements.
Champion customer experience by ensuring welcoming, well-maintained locations and swift issue resolution.
Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Revenue Management, Facilities, Procurement, and Call Center to drive results.
