Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory experience required.
• Experience with merchandising required.
• Recruiting experience required.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Multi-unit retail management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop store leaders that deliver shopping experiences beyond customer expectations.
• Analyze district sales results and trends to drive sales.
• Maintain inventory mix and presentation to maximize sales.
• Partner with store managers to recruit and train new associates.
• Foster growth and development of associates into leadership roles.
• Manage payroll hours and store productivity.
• Ensure cash control and conduct regular store audits.
• Monitor inventory shrinkage across your district.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional store environments.
• Build meaningful relationships with associates, leaders, and communities.
• Travel up to 50% with overnight stays to oversee operations.
