Qualifications

• Experience as a store manager within Kroger or a related company preferred.

Responsibilities

• Spend time in stores, leading store leadership in implementation and execution of merchandising and operations initiatives.
• Interact with division President to align division priorities with total company direction.
• Identify opportunities in assigned stores and develop action plans for implementation.
