Job summary

Scooter’s Coffee in Omaha, NE is seeking a District Manager who will lead multiple stores with energy and integrity. You will hire, train, and develop a bench of leaders while ensuring operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires coaching the morning rush, maintaining brand standards, managing budgets, and traveling to stores as needed. Coffee experience is not required, but QSR leadership and a can-do attitude are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 4-6 Scooter’s Coffee locations in Omaha and surrounding areas.
• Uphold Mission, Core Values, and operating standards; ensure Amazing’s execution.
• Hire, train, and develop a bench of strong managers.
• Coach store leaders to build leadership depth and high performance.
• Maintain brand appearance, cleanliness, and customer service excellence.
• Monitor budgets, drive revenue, and remove bottlenecks for speed.
