Responsibilities

• Direct an efficient workflow and support Store Manager in store operations.
• Lead the team to deliver Scooter’s exceptional customer service experience.
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
• Provide feedback to team members to reinforce performance and improve results.
• Identify opportunities to increase individual and team sales.
• Manage cash handling and POS procedures accurately and consistently.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Serve as a keyholder and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Demonstrate punctuality, dependability and adaptability.
• Support Store Manager with administrative duties as requested.
