Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive repair and retail sales, including management.
• Strong knowledge of tires, tire-related services, and mechanical repairs.
• Demonstrated leadership with experience in training, coaching, and motivating teams.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with high integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
• Comfortable presenting to small/medium groups and managing multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel regularly and spend significant time on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly service center assessments to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management of store-level staff.
• Drive achievement of EBITDAR, sales, and customer service targets.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment for employees and customers.
• Manage customer complaints to resolution in a timely and professional manner.
• Oversee inventory management and operational efficiency across all stores.
• Coach and mentor store managers and team members to support development.
