Palm Beach Tan - Old Trinity Management Company is seeking an outgoing, hands-on District Manager to oversee multiple salons in the district, ensuring brand standards, sales growth, and operational efficiency.

You will lead teams, recruit and develop staff, manage costs, and collaborate with operators to drive performance across locations. The role requires retail leadership and a proven ability to work across locations in a vibrant, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of retail/sales/customer service environments.
• Proven positive leadership and team development across multiple locations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfort using smartphones, tablets, and PCs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and oversee district operations to align with company goals.
• Monitor and manage labor costs, cost of sales, sales revenue and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, develop and maintain high-quality staff across locations.
• Collaborate with Palm Beach Tan operators and support personnel; ensure timely communication.

What You'll Do:

Direct, coordinate and oversee Palm Beach Tan operations within a district catering to multiple salons to ensure specific and direct alignment with company-wide goals. Accountable for all aspects of PBT operations, including adherence to PBT quality standards, systems and procedures. Direct salons with sales-building as a continual focus. Responsible for monitoring and controlling costs including labor, cost of sales, sales revenue and profitability. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, developing and maintaining the highest quality staff. Work collaboratively with all Palm Beach Tan operators and support personnel and ensure timely and effective communications on all projects and initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• Thorough knowledge of retail/sales/customer service environments
• Proven positive leadership and team development across multiple locations Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to successfully utilize smartphones, tablets, and PC's effectively
• Competent with Outlook, Excel and Word
• Must be able to drive between locations
• Open and flexible availability depending on the needs of the business and team
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• At least 3-5 years of operations (management) experience
