Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple units within a state, drive daily sales, coordinate with the corporate office, and elevate guest experiences across restaurants.

You will lead and develop General Managers, manage P&L and implement strategic plans to maximize profitability while upholding brand standards and training initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 3 - 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing multi-units.
• Some experience overseeing and supporting Restaurant Managers in an assigned area.
• Ability to attract, develop, and retain high performing work teams.
• Outstanding leadership skills and be able to motivate a diverse team.
• Possess exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of restaurant managers in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to manage a P&L and execute a sales plan.
• Ability to work a 50-hour work week.
• Strong math skills and Windows-based computer skills.
