Job summary

Elior North America’s Trio-Community Meals division seeks an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple school-district foodservice programs in the Louisiana/Arkansas region. You will lead district teams, ensure compliance with client, company, and government standards, and drive operational performance.

You will manage planning, budgeting, reporting, and audits, guide directors and area managers, attend district meetings, and work toward ambitious financial and service goals across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Financial and business acumen.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency at learning software.
• Intermediate skill with and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Food safety certification through ServSafe and local health authorities.

The Role at a glance

We are looking to add an experienced district manager to join our Community Meals team in Louisiana/Arkansas Region. As a district manager, you will have the opportunity to manage multiple accounts.
