Job summary

Lincare Holdings in Payson, AZ seeks an experienced leader to own P&L for multiple centers and oversee one or more operations. You will interview, hire, train, and supervise center managers while developing business plans with sales forecasts, expenses, and manpower projections.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge and a proven track record in budgeting and asset management. You'll manage safety compliance, accreditation records, and adherence to DOT, FDA, EEO, and OSHA standards, while

Qualifications

• Has more than casual knowledge of accounting and finance.
• BS Degree or equivalent required.
• Experience dealing with regulatory agencies (FDA, DOT, etc.).
• Sales background essential, respiratory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keeps updated on respiratory market and informs regional VP about competition and acquisitions.
• Manages salary budget and ensures policy adherence and accreditation records.

Job Responsibilities

• Has P&L responsibility for several centers and typically operational responsibility for one center
  • This responsibility includes the interviewing, hiring, training, and supervision of quality center managers
• Develops and submits to a regional vice president a business plan that includes sales forecasts, expense budgets, capital budgets, general business plans, salary budget, and manpower projections
• Responsible for asset management, inventories, fixed investment, and rolling stock
• Provides a safe working environment for all employees in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws
• Ensures that area of responsibility is in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations dealing with DOT, FDA, EEO, OSHA, and other agencies
• Maintains a working knowledge of Medicare regulations and reimbursement understanding, including government and private payer
• Maintains knowledge of the respiratory market and provides updated information to regional vice resident regarding activities of competition and availability of potential acquisitions within their business area
• Administers an approved salary budget in a timely and effective manner
• Ensures that locations maintain necessary policies, procedures, and records to be in compliance with accreditation requirements

Other Qualifications

• Human relations skills critical because the position requires dealing extensively with regulatory personnel, referral sources, and corporate personnel

Education and Experience

• Minimum of five years of experience with Lincare or industry similar to Lincare
• BS Degree or equivalent
• Experience in dealing with regulatory agencies (FDA, DOT, etc.)
