Job summary

Papa John’s International seeks a District Director to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant locations. You will drive sales growth, align teams with company policies, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires 4+ years of QSR management experience, strong leadership, and exceptional communication skills. A high school diploma is required; business degrees are preferred. The position is on-site with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Quick Service Management (QSR) industry; supervised RMGs for 4–10 units
• High School Diploma required; BSc/BA or MSc/MA in Business preferred
• Experience developing sales-building strategies for assigned restaurants to maximize sales/earnings
• Strong conflict resolution skills and leadership abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

As a District Director, you’ll be the vital link between our headquarters and your assigned locations. You’ll lead day-to-day operations, keep teams aligned with company policies, and drive performance through sales growth and strong customer relationships. Your leadership ensures each branch delivers results while upholding company standards.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the Quick Service Management Restaurant (QSR) industry is required, with proven success supervising Restaurant General Managers for four to ten units.
• A High School Diploma is required. A BSc/BA or MSc/MA in Business or a relevant field is preferred.
• Previous experience developing creative and targeted sales-building strategies for assigned company restaurants to ensure optimal sales and earnings.
• Familiarity with positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
