Job summary

Papa John's in New Orleans is seeking a District Director to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple restaurants, ensure adherence to company policies, and drive performance through sales growth and strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will supervise Restaurant General Managers for four to ten units, develop targeted sales strategies, resolve conflicts professionally, and maintain high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 4 years in QSR management with multi-unit supervision.
• High School Diploma required; higher degrees preferred.
• Experience developing sales-building strategies for company restaurants.
• Familiarity with positive conflict resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

As a District Director, you’ll be the vital link between our headquarters and your assigned locations. You’ll lead day-to-day operations, keep teams aligned with company policies, and drive performance through sales growth and strong customer relationships. Your leadership ensures each branch delivers results while upholding company standards.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the Quick Service Management Restaurant (QSR) industry is required, with proven success supervising Restaurant General Managers for four to ten units.
• A High School Diploma is required. A BSc/BA or MSc/MA in Business or a relevant field is preferred.
• Previous experience developing creative and targeted sales-building strategies for assigned company restaurants to ensure optimal sales and earnings.
• Familiarity with positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
