Job summary

HES Facilities is seeking a District Manager to support our custodial services contracts for business accounts. The role oversees multiple accounts, coordinates on-site Supervisors and Managers, and travels locally to maintain strong customer relationships and financial performance.

The ideal candidate has college-level management experience in custodial contracting, strong communication, and basic mechanical knowledge, with a focus on delivering quality service and operational excellence.

Job Objective:

HES Facilities is seeking a highly-qualified individual to serve as District Manager to support our regional account base that specialized in custodial services for businesses. The position will be responsible for providing operational support through disciplines that may include custodial services, event management, etc. The position will include close contact with the customer, on-site Supervisors and Managers, and the employees. The overall goal will be the ability to achieve long-term successful relationship with the customers that that will translate into solid financial results for HES Facilities. This position will oversee multiple accounts which will require local travel.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
