Job summary

Prime QSR is seeking a District Manager to lead Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers in delivering exceptional guest service while driving sales and profits across multiple units.

You will recruit, train, and coach teams, implement marketing plans, and ensure 100% staffing with quality personnel. This role requires hands-on leadership with strong fiscal oversight and a commitment to Prime QSR values.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of Quick Service Restaurant management experience including supervision of multiple General Managers.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Proven track record developing creative, targeted sales-building strategies.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Physical ability to work in a restaurant environment, including standing, walking, and lifting.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profit performance with operational expertise. Conduct Daily Business Review for every restaurant call.
• Ensure restaurants are fully staffed with quality, friendly teams.
• Lead training and coaching to deliver Quality, Friendliness, Cleanliness, Accuracy and Speed of Service. Conduct quarterly Area Operations Reviews.
• Build bench of A players through effective training and succession planning.
• Oversee district P&L and verify controls and reporting accuracy.
• Lead shifts and ensure top guest service with strong leadership and hands-on management.
• Recruit and hire management to staff all restaurants and maintain talent bench.
• Ensure execution of marketing plans and proper POP and menu board updates; train on new products.
• Foster a positive, energized culture aligned with Prime QSR objectives.
• Audit quarterly inventory; maintain inventory levels and equipment condition with approved vendors.
• Collaborate with GMs to prepare annual sales and profit forecasts.

POSITION PURPOSE

To effectively lead Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers to provide exceptional guest service, grow sales, and attain profit goals — working within the framework and expectations of Prime QSR's values and policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive sales and profit performance by providing support and operational expertise. Conduct a Daily Business Review on every restaurant call.


• Ensure restaurants are 100% staffed at levels with quality, friendly teams who are scheduled effectively.


• Increase sales by teaching, training, and coaching teams to deliver outstanding Quality, Friendliness, Cleanliness, Accuracy, and Speed of Service. Conduct an Area Operations Review (AOR) at each restaurant every quarter.


• Ensure a bench of \"A\" players through effective execution of all training and development programs and succession planning.


• Attain the District P&L Budget Plan. Ensure profitability of restaurants by reviewing weekly and periodic paperwork to confirm all controls are in place and reported numbers are accurate.


• Work lunch and dinner shifts. Ensure every restaurant delivers exceptional guest service through strong shift leadership, consistent systems, and a hands‑on District Manager approach.


• Recruit and hire management to staff all restaurants, and maintain a bench of talent for future growth.


• Ensure all marketing plans are executed, including proper installation of POP and menu board elements. Schedule and lead all new product training and follow‑up.


• Provide leadership by fostering excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude, and commitment to Prime QSR's objectives.


• Audit inventory at each restaurant quarterly. Ensure correct inventory levels are maintained and all equipment is kept in excellent condition using approved vendors.


• Prepare, with the participation of General Managers, an annual forecast of sales and profits prior to the start of each year.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum four years of Quick Service Restaurant management experience, including direct supervision of multiple General Managers across restaurant units.


• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
