Job summary

Prime QSR is seeking a District Manager to lead Arby's franchise operations across multiple restaurant units. The role focuses on driving sales, ensuring staffing, coaching managers, and maintaining profitability while upholding company values.

Qualified candidates have 4+ years in QSR management, a high school diploma (bachelor preferred), and strong communication skills. Valid driver's license required. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of Quick Service Restaurant management experience, including direct supervision of multiple General Managers.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
• Proven track record developing creative, targeted sales-building strategies.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Physical ability to work in a restaurant environment, including standing, walking, and lifting as needed.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profit performance; conduct a Daily Business Review at every restaurant call.
• Ensure restaurants are adequately staffed with quality teams.
• Increase sales by training teams to deliver Quality, Friendliness, Cleanliness, Accuracy and Speed.
• Lead Area Operations Review quarterly.
• Develop A players through training and succession planning.
• Achieve District P&L budget; review reports for controls and accuracy.
• Manage lunch and dinner shifts with strong shift leadership.
• Recruit and hire management; maintain talent bench.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed and product training conducted.
• Provide leadership to foster excitement and commitment to objectives.
• Audit inventory quarterly; ensure inventory levels and equipment maintenance.
• Prepare annual forecast of sales and profits with GMs.
