Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a District Manager to lead a large, diverse multi-unit portfolio in Greensboro, NC.

You will drive day-to-day operations, optimize scheduling, and strengthen client relationships to deliver sustained profitability. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong decision-making, and a proven track record in managing sizeable portfolios with a focus on service excellence and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience
• 3+ years of multi-unit operational oversight in a high-volume environment
• Proficiency in understanding and managing P&L statements
• Strong operational, leadership, and organizational skills
• Excellent client-facing and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated history of delivering excellent customer service
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Location: Greensboro, NC

The salary range for this role is from $75,000 to $80,000, plus an $800.00 per month vehicle allowance. The compensation range may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, and applicable skills.

What You’ll Do

As a District Manager, you will be responsible for leading a large, diverse, high-volume multi‑unit book of business, overseeing multiple sites while strengthening the business through strong client relationships and strategic portfolio management. This role plays a key part in supporting clients across the broader region by ensuring effective day‑to‑day operations, making sound decisions, prioritizing resources, and driving long‑term growth and profitability. The ideal candidate is driven, self‑reliant, and results‑oriented, with hands‑on operational experience and a proven track record of managing sizable multi‑unit portfolios, elevating team performance, enhancing profitability, and consistently delivering exceptional service and results for clients.
