Role Description The District Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Wayne, IN, overseeing multiple retail locations within the assigned district. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring high standards of customer service, and maintaining operational excellence across stores. Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching and developing store leaders, monitoring key performance indicators, implementing company initiatives, and ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and merchandising standards. The District Manager regularly visits stores to conduct performance reviews, provide hands‑on support, and resolve escalated customer or operational issues. In addition, this role collaborates with senior leadership on district-level strategies, staffing needs, budget management, and community outreach, while fostering an inclusive, results-oriented work environment.
