Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a District Manager to oversee six to seven restaurants in Florida, driving profitable operations and ensuring brand standards. You will lead a restaurant management team, coach staff, and partner with C-level leadership to implement improvements across operations, marketing, finance and technology.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2–4 years of restaurant multi-unit management experience.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a restaurant management team across multiple locations to maintain guest satisfaction and brand standards.
  • Develop operational plans to achieve operational excellence and improve food cost and labor efficiency.
  • Provide coaching and development plans and conduct performance assessments.
  • Lead recruiting and retention efforts to hire high-performing staff.
  • Monitor profitability by controlling costs and driving sales growth.
  • Review store performance through audits and communicate improvements to RGMs.
  • Ensure wage and hour guidelines compliance, including for minors.

District ManagerSchedule- Based on business needsJob Status- Full timePOSITION OVERVIEW:As an integral member of the team, the District Manager oversees six to seven restaurants and is directly responsible for-Profit Loss (PL) statement. This position will lead a restaurant management team responsible for meeting operational and organizational objectives while adhering to brand standards. As the District Manager you will have a unique opportunity to work closely with the Company C-Level Leadership to provide support and feedback around improvement for all aspects of the business (Operations, Marketing, Finance, Technology).SUMMARY OF ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Managing and leading a restaurant management team that will work in maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction by facilitating safe, clean, high quality restaurant operations.Creates operational plans to support the execution of company initiatives to achieve operational excellence and adhere to brand standards.Consistently reviews and responds to guest feedback to address concerns and maintain a strong presence in the local community.Building a team of high performing team members through proactive recruitment, hiring great talent, and ensuring compliance around training programs.Responsible for all people-related decisions, including performance assessments, providing coaching plans, and developing restaurant managers through performance management tools.Recognizes and reinforces individual and team accomplishments through existing tools as well as by finding new and effective methods of employee and restaurant recognition.Manages restaurant profitability by improving sales, maintaining accurate cash counts, managing controllable costs, and executing plans to improve food cost and labor efficiency.Conduct restaurant audits to review business performance and store environment to identify opportunities for improvement; provide coaching to store management to act and achieve business goals.Ensure adherence to wage and hour guidelines for all restaurant employees, especially minors.Conduct weekly meetings with RGMs to review results, communicate changes, and lead on how to improve.SKILS AND QUALIFICATIONS:Strong business leader that can drive specific behaviors by leading by example.Proven coaching and training experience.Ability to manage the overall operations and profitability of multiple stores.Display excellent project management, organizational, and scheduling skills.Manages own time to meet objectives and coordinates others` time and activities.PL and management experience.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Bachelor’s degree preferred 2-4 years of restaurant management or multi-unit experience.Flexible schedule and ability to travel regularly to assigned restaurants.Excellent follow up and communications skills.
