Location: Denver, CO (Metro Denver Area)
The salary range for this role is from $89,000 to $92,000 , plus a $750.00 per month vehicle allowance. The compensation range may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, and applicable skills.
As a District Manager, you will be responsible for leading a large, diverse, high-volume multi‑unit book of business, overseeing multiple sites while strengthening the business through strong client relationships and strategic portfolio management. This role plays a key part in supporting clients across the broader region by ensuring effective day‑to‑day operations, making sound decisions, prioritizing resources, and driving long‑term growth and profitability. The ideal candidate is driven, self‑reliant, and results‑oriented, with hands‑on operational experience and a proven track record of managing sizable multi‑unit portfolios, elevating team performance, enhancing profitability, and consistently delivering exceptional service and results for clients.
Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, account managers, and field teams
Oversee daily operations, including efficient scheduling and resource allocation across multiple sites
Manage district financial performance, including full P&L responsibility
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
Perform other related duties as required
