Location: Downtown Chicago, IL (Wacker Drive)

The salary range for this role is from $85,000 to $90,000, plus a $500.00 per month vehicle allowance. The compensation range may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, and applicable skills.

What You’ll Do

As a District Manager, you will be responsible for leading a large, diverse, high-volume multi‑unit book of business, overseeing multiple sites while strengthening the business through strong client relationships and strategic portfolio management. This role plays a key part in supporting clients across the broader region by ensuring effective day-to-day operations, making sound decisions, prioritizing resources, and driving long‑term growth and profitability. The ideal candidate is driven, self‑reliant, and results‑oriented, with hands‑on operational experience and a proven track record of managing sizable multi‑unit portfolios, elevating team performance, enhancing profitability, and consistently delivering exceptional service and results for clients.
