Job summary

Wendy's in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a District Manager to lead five to eight store operations, drive performance, and develop unit management staff. You will coordinate activities, enforce financial controls, and maintain standards to ensure a positive dining experience for customers.

The ideal candidate has a college degree plus 3–4 years' district-level restaurant leadership experience, strong PC skills, and willingness to travel within the district to support growth and operational

• Represent the company in community affairs and participate in Area Operations' initiatives.

As a District manager you will oversee operations for five to eight store units, you'll be responsible for coordinating the activities and developing the professional abilities of unit management staff. We'll rely on you to ensure that all business processes are enforced in regard to financial controls, operations metrics and standards, policies and procedures, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. You will also represent the company in community affairs and participate in Director of Area Operations' initiatives.
