Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair and maintain district buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Prioritize work orders and coordinate projects to avoid conflicts.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and building codes.
• Assist with deliveries and inventory of supplies.
• Maintain logs and reports; ensure secure work areas.
• Provide plumbing, carpentry, electrical and HVAC support as needed.
• Work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Support district initiatives and respond to emergencies.
