Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responds to internal and external customers in a timely, courteous and empathetic manner.
• Performs skilled to advanced craft-mechanical plumbing work across installations, repairs, maintenance, and service tasks.
• Installs, maintains, services, and/or repairs plumbing fixtures and systems for district facilities.
• Maintains work orders, purchase orders, and maintenance records; tracks daily activity logs and equipment.
• Coordinates work orders to minimize disruption and plans complex and long-term projects.
