Formación

• Four years of professional civil engineering experience which includes three years in the appropriate specialty and one year of experience in directing the work of civil engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Apply engineering leadership to analyze maintenance challenges and develop sound recommendations.
• Collaborate on annual work plans and adjust priorities to meet district goals.
• Direct and support employees by assigning tasks, coaching performance, and evaluating results.
• Monitor maintenance data, assess productivity, and report findings to district leadership.
• Inspect road conditions and maintenance work to verify needs and assess improvement strategies.
• Guide activities to meet environmental maintenance requirements and ensure compliance with established standards.
