The District-Level Clinician will be tasked with reducing office referrals and mitigating risk factors for students exhibiting severe internalizing and externalizing behavior. The Clinician will oversee SVSU-wide mental health and therapeutic programming, ensuring the continuity and quality of clinical services by bridging gaps between individual school buildings and community partners and utilizing research-based, trauma-informed strategies, and digital platforms (SWIS and SRSS-IE platforms), in collaboration with BCBAs, counselors, site clinicians, administrators, student services, and teachers to develop data-driven plans to support student outcomes, monitored using SRSS-IE benchmark data.
