• 3–5 years of experience leading multiple retail locations in wireless/telecom/electronics
• Ability to analyze district-level performance metrics and drive growth
• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate leaders and teams to meet business goals

Responsabilidades

• Lead & Inspire: empower Store Leaders to execute BeMobile's vision across the district
• Drive Results: monitor sales and performance; coach for improvement; exceed goals
• Operational Excellence: oversee inventory, cash handling, scheduling and compliance
• Coach & Develop Leaders: mentor Store Leaders and build stronger teams
• Recruit & Retain Talent: partner with Store Leaders to hire and develop top performers
• Be the Connector: align district initiatives and drive cross‑department collaboration
• Innovate & Integrate: foster continuous improvement and forward‑thinking
• Hands‑On Leadership: lead by example on the sales floor and in customer service
