Job summary

BeMobile is seeking a District Leader to guide and develop Store Leaders, drive district performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across multiple locations. This role requires travel between stores, a valid driver’s license, and a hands-on leadership style to remove obstacles and enable sales and service excellence.

You will coach leaders, manage district operations, and lead talent recruitment to ensure low turnover and high engagement while aligning with Verizon’s objectives

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• 3–5 years of experience leading multiple retail locations within wireless/telecommunications/consumer electronics or related industry.
• Ability to analyze district-level performance metrics, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to drive improvement and growth.
• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate leaders and teams while driving performance and achieving business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire: connect with Store Leaders, set goals, align district with BeMobile’s vision and Verizon’s objectives.
• Drive Results: monitor sales metrics, coach for improvement, and implement strategies to surpass goals.
• Operational Excellence: oversee district-wide operations including inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and compliance.
• Coach & Develop Leaders: mentor Store Leaders through coaching, feedback, and recognition.
• Recruit & Retain Talent: work with Store Leaders to recruit top performers and build strong teams.
• Be the Connector: act as information hub to ensure alignment across levels and departments.
• Innovate & Integrate: foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation across the district.
• Hands-On Leadership: lead by example on the sales floor and in customer interactions.
