Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a District Manager to oversee profit and loss for the assigned district and lead multiple stores toward achieving company goals. You will drive sales, enforce brand standards, and ensure superior customer service through proactive operations and merchandising.

The role requires developing Store Managers, optimizing scheduling, controlling costs, and implementing loss prevention measures while upholding Dollar General's values.

Qualifications

• Four+ years retail management experience with progressively more responsibility, managing multi-unit operations in retail, grocery or convenience store operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• "Big-box" retail management and/or equivalent education and experience combination will be considered.
