Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a District Manager to lead a cluster of clubs. You will supervise 7-26 General Managers, drive revenue, control labor spend, and ensure exceptional member experiences across your district.

You will build teams, coach leaders, and execute district and regional initiatives, balancing financial performance with outstanding service and facilities standards.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of progressive management experience supervising 5-25 employees who are leaders of others.
• 4-6 years of fitness or broad retail/hospitality/service industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field and/or certification in fitness preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive district financial results including club revenue and operating profit (COP).
• Lead and motivate 7-26 General Managers to achieve district goals.
• Hire, develop and coach district leaders to close leadership gaps.
• Set priorities and drive revenue targets for membership, fitness, labor, and COP.
• Identify and execute club improvements within the district.
• Oversee member acquisition, retention, and satisfaction across clubs.
