Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail sales experience.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Achieve district sales goals and profitability targets while maintaining home store performance.
• Support the DSM in evaluating people and performance; develop action plans to improve sales.
• Assist in staffing stores within the district and manage Loss Prevention practices.
