Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Strong track record of improving operations, sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop 6 General Managers and restaurant teams.
• Ensure operational excellence and consistent execution across 6 locations.
• Drive sales growth, guest traffic, and profitability while upholding brand standards.
• Manage labor, food cost, scheduling, inventory, and other controllable expenses.
• Conduct regular visits and develop action plans for improvement.
