Firehouse Subs in Chattanooga seeks a District Manager to oversee six locations. You will lead, mentor, and develop six General Managers to drive operational excellence, sales growth, and guest satisfaction across the Chattanooga market.

We value hands-on, people-first leaders who can manage labor costs, inventory, and brand standards while delivering measurable performance improvements and community impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR or Fast Casual preferred).
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Strong knowledge of labor, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop 6 General Managers and their teams.
• Ensure consistent operations across all locations.
• Drive sales growth, guest traffic, and profitability.
• Maintain Firehouse Subs brand standards and guest service.
• Manage labor, food cost, scheduling, and inventory.
• Visit restaurants regularly and implement improvements.
• Support openings, remodels, and brand development.
• Partner with leadership to meet market goals.
