Ultimart is seeking a District Lead (Multi-Location) to support and guide Store Managers across Ripon, Randolph, Green Lake, Berlin, and Markesan. You will travel daily, provide leadership, solve problems, and uphold guest service standards across the district.

You will report to the Regional Coach, manage scheduling challenges, train new hires, perform audits, and help maintain store standards while representing the company with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Insured personal vehicle for work travel.
• Positive attendance record required.
• Ability to lead across multiple stores daily.
• Professional demeanor and respect for staff.

Responsabilidades

• Provide positive, supportive guidance to Store Managers.
• Assist with discipline processes and maintain standards.
• Fill in shifts and train new hires as needed.
• Problem-solve operational issues and support store teams.
• Maintain store appearance, audits, and fund verification.
• Coordinate inter-store transfers and planograms.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
