Ultimart is seeking a District Lead (Multi-Location) to oversee operations across Ripon, Randolph, Green Lake, Berlin, and Markesan. You will travel between stores daily, guiding Store Managers, solving problems, and maintaining high guest service and store standards.

Ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, flexibility, and professionalism, with the ability to cover shifts as needed and support a cohesive district team.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have an insured personal vehicle you can use for work-related travel
• Must maintain a positive attendance record
• Must be comfortable supporting multiple store locations daily
• Must work well with people and maintain a positive, professional demeanor
• Must be able to lead without belittling or undermining Store Managers
• Must be willing to learn, problem-solve, and adapt to store needs
• Must be ready to represent the company with professionalism—you will be a visible face of the organization

Responsabilidades

• Work Shifts at our Convenience Stores (locations change based on district needs)
• Provide positive, supportive guidance to Store Managers
• Assist with discipline processes when needed and follow professional standards
• Help stores that are short-staffed or overwhelmed—helping fill in shifts, problem solve, or train new hires
• Problem-solve operational issues and support store teams with solutions
• Maintain a positive attitude and set a strong example of professionalism
• Perform daily audits, paperwork, lottery counts, and fund verification
• Assist with planograms, tag maintenance, and store standards
• Conduct store inspections once the program resumes
• Handle inter-store transfers of product when required
• Support with cleaning, organizing back rooms, and reducing overstocks
• Help ensure stores stay compliant with company policies, and state/federal regulations
• Provide excellent guest service and uphold store appearance standards
