You will drive operational excellence, mentor on-site teams, and shape district-wide strategies that enhance client satisfaction and overall performance.

In this role you’ll manage people, set direction, and allocate resources, influencing cross-functional teams to achieve P&L goals and service excellence in a dynamic education

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7 years management experience.
• 7 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple K-12 accounts within a large region and drive operational excellence.
• Mentor and empower on-site teams, building lasting client relationships and ensuring high client/guest satisfaction.
• Lead budgeting, staffing, and resource deployment while influencing across the organization.
