Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a district-level Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians responsible for safe and reliable vehicles, heavy trucks, heavy equipment, and GSE in the district.

Responsibilities include coordinating business planning, operations analysis, and cost control, ensuring compliance with FedEx policies and laws, and timely fulfillment of fleet needs in a cost-effective manner.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent.
• Five (5) years experience in preventative maintenance operations on automotive, heavy truck, or heavy equipment plus one (1) year of supervisory/ management experience in the last five (5) years.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and diagnosing automotive, heavy truck, and heavy equipment problems.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a state of safe and efficient operations in compliance with all FedEx policies and procedures and Federal, State, and local laws.
• Coordinates the business planning, operations analysis, and cost control for the district.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
