Job summary

FedEx Corporation is seeking a District Fleet Maintenance Manager to lead a team of technicians responsible for safe and reliable vehicles, heavy trucks, and ground support equipment within the district. You will ensure compliance with FedEx policies, regulatory standards, and cost-effective operations in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include coordinating business planning, operations analysis, and cost controls, while maintaining a focus on safety, performance, and quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years experience in preventative maintenance operations on automotive, heavy truck, or heavy equipment in the last five years.
• One (1) year of supervisory/management experience in the last five years.
• Associate's degree/equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safe and efficient operations in compliance with FedEx policies and laws.
• Coordinates business planning, operations analysis, and cost control for the district.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
