Job summary

KONE is seeking a District Field Trainer for the Great Plains region, covering Kansas City, Omaha, Minneapolis, Quad Cities and St. Louis. You will lead field training for installation and modernization projects, ensure safety and quality, and coach cross-functional teams to improve field performance.

Requires 5+ years in elevator/escalator industry with management/training experience and willingness to travel extensively. Bachelor's degree or equivalent frontline operations experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive industry experience with management, coaching, and training
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75% or more, domestic and occasionally international)
• Frontline operations management / IUEC field foreman or installation experience preferred

• Provide high-level field training to support rollout of development projects and critical strategies
• Strengthen field capabilities across the organization and ensure safe, compliant installations
• Resolve complex technical challenges and drive continuous improvement
