Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Custodial Manager to lead daily custodial operations across district facilities and supervise staff to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments.

You will develop cleaning programs, manage budgets, ensure safety standards, and support school activities and events. Strong leadership, communication, and budget skills are essential for success in this on-site role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3-5 years custodial/facilities/environmental services experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or management experience.
• Knowledge of custodial equipment, cleaning practices, floor care, sanitation procedures.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and work order management systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between district facilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee custodial operations across multiple school district facilities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor cleaning schedules, preventative maintenance programs, and QA standards.
• Conduct routine facility inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and appearance.
• Respond to facility-related concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate emergency response activities related to weather events, building incidents, and sanitation needs.
