Job summary

Aramark seeks a Custodial Manager to lead custodial operations and supervise, train, and direct custodial associates. You will report to and support the Custodial Manager Senior or Facility Director to meet client expectations.

Key duties include coordinating custodial operations, communicating with department managers, inspecting facilities for quality, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations while maintaining budget awareness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in custodial operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must read, write and understand the native language, communicate effectively, and follow detailed instructions.
• Requires knowledge of machinery related to custodial operations.
• Requires listening, interpersonal, computer and leadership skills.
• Ability to work with math concepts and under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates custodial and housekeeping operations.
• Maintains communication with and responds to requests of department managers and directors, and other client partners.
• Tours and inspects the facility to ensure total quality management in custodial and housekeeping operations.
• Reviews job orders to understand material and labor to complete the project and coordinates activities of custodial staff.
• Maintains compliance with Aramark and client standards, regulations, and keeps records as required.
• Understands departmental expenses such as supply needs and labor costs to maintain budget conditions.
