Intermediate District 287 seeks a Coordinator of Equity & Inclusion to lead district-wide equity initiatives, engage families, and support student wellbeing from December 2026. The role reports to Senior Manager of Equity & Inclusion and operates from our Plymouth, MN district service center.

The position runs 261 contracted days with a starting salary of at least $70,000. Benefits include comprehensive health, retirement, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering equity training.
• Ability to lead equity initiatives district-wide.
• Experience working in school settings with families.

Responsabilités

• Develop and improve equity teams using equity tools.
• Create staff development aligned with district plans.
• Coordinate programs to boost learners' self-concept.
• Facilitate engagement spaces with key audiences.
• Provide culturally aware activities for staff.
• Remove barriers for underserved groups district-wide.
• Advise on communications to students, families, and community.
• Use data to develop responsive district programs.
• Report key themes to District leadership.
• Guide student leadership and department metrics.
