Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus seven years of progressively responsible enrollment/records experience, including at least two in a management or supervisory role.
• Experience with student recordkeeping technology or related information systems.
• Ability to develop data-driven enrollment plans and monitor quarterly and annual targets.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for enrollment management planning, goals, and action plans district-wide.
• Directs Enrollment Services department, budgets, and performance management of staff.
• Collaborates to define enrollment management policies and a strategic plan aligned with master plans.
• Reviews FTES targets, enrollment projections, and reports to maximize growth and efficiency.
• Ensures data integrity in student information systems and submits state/federal reports.
• Analyzes data using Access, SQL, and Ellucian to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
• Develops funding models with Finance to support multiple instructional sites.

Education

Bachelor's degree in education administration, business administration or a related field
