Job summary

California State University, Fresno seeks a Director of Recruitment and Special Programs to lead comprehensive recruitment initiatives, supervise the Recruitment Counselors, and coordinate programs like Bulldog Bound and TRIO.

Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Strategic Enrollment, this role drives enrollment targets, uses CRM/PeopleSoft, and partners with schools to deliver a transformational experience for prospective students.

Qualifications

• Master degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience with admissions/recruiting, outreach or closely related experience.
• Two years of experience in a professional administrative role managing recruiting/outreach programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop recruitment programs to meet university FTE goals.
• Coordinate and oversee Bulldog Bound, TRIO and other outreach programs.
• Lead recruitment events and campus outreach to prospective students and families.
• Oversee data-driven recruitment strategies and technology use.
