Job summary

Candidates should have a civil/mining construction background with 2+ years of project management experience and strong skills in Tableau reporting, KPI evaluation, and agile-like change initiatives across divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, mining engineering or construction management.
• 2+ years of project management or related experience.
• Competency in operation processes and implementing change.
• Experience analyzing aggregate operational performance data.
• Experience designing Tableau reports for KPI data evaluation.
• Experience modeling limestone and sand/gravel processing flows with AggFlow preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects across multiple sites within the division.
• Lead teams to improve processes for operational excellence.
• Analyze data, records, and equipment histories for accurate tracking.
• Troubleshoot problems and implement corrective actions via root cause analysis.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Present audit findings to management and suggest improvements.
• Create dashboards and reporting analytics as part of safety and operations reporting.
