Job summary

KLAMATH COUNTY SD District Office in Klamath Falls, Oregon seeks a District English Language Development (ELD)/Migrant Programs Coordinator to lead and coordinate ELD and Migrant Education across the district. The role works with administrators, teachers, families to ensure equitable access to high-quality instruction, monitors progress, and develops professional learning for staff.

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience with English Learners and multilingual families.
• Willingness to travel between district schools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate districtwide ELD services for K–12.
• Lead Migrant Education program activities and staff.
• Provide instructional coaching and professional development.
• Engage families and maintain program documentation.
• Monitor compliance and program effectiveness.
