Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations for 1–4 communities from corporate level.
• Direct management and support to on-site Community Managers.
• Lead performance management and staff development.
• Participate in onboarding and training for new Community Managers.
• Ensure adherence to client reporting processes and budgets.
• Collaborate with HQ and clients on strategic and financial recommendations.
• Travel to assigned communities as needed.
