LDG Development seeks a Community Manager for an affordable housing asset in Pflugerville, TX. You will protect, maintain, and enhance community value while delivering exceptional resident experiences and leading the on-site team.

The role involves directing daily operations, leasing, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with HUD, LIHTC, TDHCA, and TAA standards. Strong customer service and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• At least four (4) years of property management experience in affordable housing.
• Knowledge of HUD, LIHTC, TDHCA, TAA and related programs.
• OneSite software is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations including loss prevention, safety, maintenance, leasing, and marketing.
• Direct cash flow management and leasing strategy to meet financial goals.
• Coordinate compliance audits and recurring inspections with HUD/LIHTC/TDHCA requirements.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and variances from budget.
• Ensure accurate lease data and maintain community files and records.
