Job summary

Serene Health Services is seeking a Dietary District Manager to oversee multiple accounts across the assigned market. You will lead Account Managers, ensure food quality, safety, inventory, and customer service standards, and drive financial performance.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and exceptional communication. Travel to facilities is required, and relocation to the assigned market may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
• Willingness to relocate and travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple accounts in assigned geographic area per policies and regulations
• Provide leadership and guidance to ensure food quality, inventory, safety, and customer service
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, food, supplies, personnel, and equipment
• Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate Account Managers
• Develop and attain financial goals for the district
• Identify development opportunities for managers and maintain succession plans
• Negotiate client contracts and assist in new business development
• Participate in sales process and pre-proposal activities
