Job summary

Frontier Dermatology is seeking a District Supervisor to lead clinical and front desk operations across multiple locations in Oregon and Washington. This leadership role includes traveling regularly to clinics, coordinating staff schedules, and guiding team performance to ensure excellent patient care.

The position emphasizes mentorship, recruitment support, policy implementation, and quarterly patient feedback review, with a strong focus on compliance and quality assurance in a busy dermatology

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of management experience in a healthcare setting or 3 years administrative healthcare experience.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant, LPN, or RN program; OR MA credential or LPN/RN license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct all clinical and front desk services in the district.
• Lead front desk and clinical staff, with regular travel to locations.
• Coordinate staffing schedules, time-off requests, and timecards.
• Collaborate with District Manager to maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist in recruitment of clinical and front desk personnel.
• Enforce policy changes with District Manager approval.
• Conduct annual employee performance evaluations.
• Ensure clinical services comply with policies, procedures, and QA standards.
• Mentor training of Clinical and Front Desk teams; review patient satisfaction surveys.
