Job summary

Frontier Dermatology is seeking a District Supervisor to oversee clinical and front desk services across our Oregon locations, with regular travel to Albany, Corvallis, Eugene, and Newport. The role partners with the District Manager to recruit, schedule, and mentor staff, ensure policy compliance, and maintain a positive work environment that supports patients, providers, and care teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, or GED; AND
• 5+ years of management experience in a healthcare setting or 3 years administrative healthcare experience; OR
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant, LPN, or RN program; OR
• Current Registered/Certified MA credential, CDT, or LPN/RN license

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct all clinical and front desk services.
• Oversee front desk and clinical staff within the district and travel as needed.
• Coordinate staffing schedules, time off, and overtime with District Manager.
• Mentor staff, conduct evaluations, and maintain QA standards.
• Assist in recruitment to staff facilities safely and efficiently.
